• Provide management planning and implementation for SME/large companies including: strategic business plans, on ground implementation, market assessment, marketing strategies, sales strategies, risk analysis and mitigation plans, human resources organizational structure, budgeting business partnering, lead, opportunity identification and fundraising through venture capital
  • Handle recruitment for all the levels. Handling initial screening by checking candidate’s suitability, attitude, academic & professional qualifications, experience, communication skills etc
  • Conduct social and economic surveys on local, regional and national areas to assess business development potential and future trends
  • Plan entrepreneurial development projects and coordinate activities with representatives of industrial and commercial enterprises, community and business associations and government agencies
  • Assist clients in expanding market base, and securing new opportunities, and entering the international arena
  • Experience in tender development including RFT / RFP including applying to private/public tenders as well as review and evaluate commercial and industrial development proposals and provide advice on procedures and requirements
  • Experience in research, monitoring and evaluation, strategic planning, and socio- economic development. A solid track record for high quality outputs delivered on time and within budget through effective team work and demonstrated leadership skills
